LEADERS OF TOMORROW® (LOT) GLOBAL LEADERSHIP CAMP

The LOT Leadership Camp is an intensive educational experience for LOT students, designed to enhance the leadership skills and personal development of participants. During the five-day excursion, 20 students learn about the host city, the cultural diversity of its people and visit college campuses and historical sites. The camp is held in a different location each year, providing many students with their first opportunity to travel.

Emphasis is placed upon the specialized curriculum, which utilizes each of the National Black MBA Association’s Five Channel’s of Engagement – Leadership, Entrepreneurship, Education, Career and Lifestyle – to create an environment of learning through exploration that stimulates interest in career and study opportunities. To date, the LOT Leadership Camp has been held in Orlando, Florida (twice); London, England and Washington, D.C.
